OUR STORY

After 10 years of hospital experience, 2 bedside clinicians identified that there was far more work outside of the hospital, they started focusing on community care identifying the needs for continuum of care, which can cover the changing health care needs throughout a patient’s life, or it can focus on a particular health condition. From preventive care to treatment for medical concerns, rehabilitation, and maintenance. They put together a team of like-minded individuals and form Ability Home Care Services INC. We have been serving several communities across
the GTA and Hamilton, currently we are expanding West towards Cambridge
London and Sarnia ON.
